Resellers are responsible for confirming product details, prices, customer requirements, and availability before accepting orders from their customers.
Product availability is not guaranteed until the reseller order has been confirmed by us.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, resellers may not use our business name, logo, photographs, or content in a manner that falsely suggests ownership, partnership, or official representation.
7. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been packed, customized, or dispatched.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Orders involving special sourcing, alterations, customization, or reseller quantities may not be cancelled after confirmation.
We may cancel an order because of stock shortages, pricing errors, payment problems, incomplete customer information, delivery restrictions, or suspicious activity.
If we cancel an eligible prepaid order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original or mutually agreed payment method.
8. Shipping and Delivery
